  Kerri Walsh Gives Birth to Baby Boy!

  Kerri Walsh gave birth to a healthy 8 lbs. 10 oz. baby boy on Friday, May 22nd at 8:57pm in Los Angeles.
  Walsh, 30, and her husband, AVP pro-volley ball player Casey Jennings, 33, welcomed their new son Joseph Michael Jennings just 9 months after Kerri Walsh won the gold medal.  "We could not be more thrilled to welcome Joseph into the world," Walsh exclusively tells PEOPLE. "It’s the most incredible feeling. We are already so in love with him and it’s such an amazing, special moment for our family."

  In May, Walsh shared her excitement with PEOPLE about becoming a mom. "It's more beautiful and more special than I ever thought possible," she said.
